About the Role

NetSuite Executive — Core Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting in NetSuite — posting journal entries, reviewing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial data.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in NetSuite (vendor bills, payments, customer invoices, collections support).
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing reconciliations, checking account balances, and ensuring all entries are posted correctly.
• Maintain and update saved searches, basic reports, and financial dashboards as required by the team.
• Reconcile sub-ledger balances (AP, AR, bank, fixed assets) with the General Ledger.
• Support data imports/exports in NetSuite (mainly CSV uploads for bulk entries).
• Help users with basic NetSuite issues such as report access, search results, and transaction corrections.
• Ensure all accounting processes follow company policies and basic accounting standards.
• Provide required reports and documentation during audits.
• Coordinate with senior accountants and NetSuite admin for any system updates or process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

•  3–5 years of accounting experience (GL, AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting).
• Hands-on working experience in

  Oracle NetSuite

  (must have).
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles (journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations).
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for handling exported data.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
