Job Description

Assist in monitoring stock availability and arrange for timely material Receipt/issues.
Handle receipt of goods, GRN preparation, and maintain documentation for finance processing.
Support warehouse/store team in receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
Maintain inventory accuracy by updating entries in ERP/MS Excel on a daily basis.
Follow FIFO method and support in analyzing consumption trends.
Maintain optimum stock levels of required items based on usage feedback from site/department.
Conduct physical stock checks and assist in reconciliation of discrepancies.
Ensure proper labeling, safe storage, and prevention of material damage/pilferage.
Coordinate with procurement/vendors for delivery follow-ups and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock and material movement reports.
Assist senior store staff in managing transportation arrangements when required.
Maintain housekeeping and compliance standards in the store.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in store/inventory management.
Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, or stock management software.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
