Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Store Management-Inventory Control,Perpetual Inventory,Yearly Inventory,BOM control,location matrix design,Paint yard monitoring etc.
Daily Production Planning/Management,Critical Parts monitoring,Ensure smooth Prod & also ensure no excess parts are inward in store.
FIFO Control-Slow moving parts monitoring,Rejection control,SPD items delivery,Monitoring of REPO & do required correction in BOM,Consumable monitoring & ensure posting in system on daily basis.
DR store control & Management ,New Model/ECN Management & ensure smooth implementation
Ensure timely delivery of parts at line as per production plan
Take up process improvement projects to avoid wrong feeding,efficiency improvement,safety enhancement,space utilization etc.
Team Management,Training skills,MIS making,Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech with 3+ years in automobile engine store or material engineering.

SAP -MM Module know how must

PPT Skills

Good Control over Excel-V look up ,Pivot etc.
