About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Project Head to lead and oversee the execution of large-scale, high-impact projects. Reporting to the Vice President - Projects, this position is pivotal in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact projects from planning to execution.
• Report directly to VP – Projects and handle end-to-end delivery.
• Manage cross-functional teams and drive results under tight timelines.
• Build strong client/vendor relationships and ensure smooth coordination.
• Own budgets, timelines, and project quality with full accountability.
• Need 8–10 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years in a leadership or decision-making role.
• Must be strong in MS Project / Primavera and team leadership.
• Engineering degree required; PMP/Prince2 is a plus.
• Experience in construction, telecom, or IT projects preferred.
