Job Description

Non-IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for FMCG roles Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and Manufacturing.
Partner with line managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source and screen candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), headhunting, referrals, and social media.
Conduct telephonic screenings and coordinate interviews with functional heads.
Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment dashboards for regular reporting.
Ensure adherence to defined hiring timelines and maintain strong candidate experience throughout the process.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies and third-party partners when required.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.
25 years of experience in
Non-IT recruitment within the FMCG industry
(Sales & Distribution roles preferred).
Strong understanding of FMCG business functions and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, HRMS tools, and major job portals.
Result-oriented with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
