Role:

About the Role

We are expanding our IT recruitment team to support our fast-growing clients across the US and India.
We are looking for passionate IT Recruiters who can identify, engage, and hire top technology talent — from developers and data engineers to cloud experts and architects.

This is the perfect role for someone who enjoys fast-paced hiring, loves connecting with people, and understands the tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end IT recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, closing).
Work on requirements for roles such as Developers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Architects, QA, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal database.
Conduct technical screening to understand candidate experience and match with job requirements.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified IT candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Maintain recruitment MIS and daily status reports.
Handle both India and US IT hiring (as required).

Requirements

3–6 years of experience in
IT recruitment
(agency or corporate).
Strong understanding of technical roles (Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data, .NET, Testing, etc.).
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
