Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code and conduct detailed code reviews.
  
• Lead design of

  scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems

  for SaaS healthcare platforms.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
  
• Troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems and lead incident response.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  HIPAA, cybersecurity standards, and medical device regulations

  .
• Build integrations with EMR systems and healthcare protocols (DICOM, HL7, FHIR).
  
• Recommend technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, Project, and Support teams.
  

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / related field.
  

• 8+ years

  software development experience (senior-level responsibilities).

• 5+ years

  architecting & building SaaS applications

  at scale

  .

• 3+ years

  experience designing distributed systems.

• Expert-level proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Mandatory).

• Strong experience with

  AWS services

  (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).
• Experience with

  Terraform / Ansible

  for CI/CD automation.
• Deep knowledge of

  microservices, event-driven systems, distributed data management

  .
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis.
  
• Experience with message brokers:

  Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS

  .
• Hands-on with

  Docker, Kubernetes

  .
• Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, API Gateways.
  
• Experience with healthcare protocols DICOM / HL7 / FHIR (Preferred).
  
• Experience with SSO / LDAP / OAuth / OpenID Connect (Preferred).
