Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen market presence and brand equity.
Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor competitors to identify opportunities.
Plan and execute brand campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
Manage brand budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, media partners, and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and marketing principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and campaign management.
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
