Urgent - Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Identifying hiring needs and creating job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers. Source potential candidates through online channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and interest. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the trackers with accurate candidate records. Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience. Support senior recruiters in various stages of the hiring process, including offer letters and onboarding. Stay updated on recruitment trends and tools to enhance sourcing strategies. Ready to travel at times. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). 3 - 8 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and MS Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for people and a desire to grow in the recruitment field. Preferred Mumbai Male candidates only and Immediate joiners or at least with 15 days of notice period.
