Job Description

Responsibilities

To develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales)
To maintain and develop existing accounts
Should target new customers as well as new business opportunities
Should focus on medium-size, Tier 2-3 companies and start-ups or scale-ups
Infuse Sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clients
Monitor team's performance and motivate them to reach their targets
Build an open-communication environment for your team.
Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
At least 2-6 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development
Experience in project and warehouse sales is a big plus.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Excellent

in communication and negotiation
Extended customer portfolio in Pan India and outside.
Strong and long term relationship with the liners.
