Education & Experience

Diploma or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in technical support or IT operations (entry-level considered).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and IT peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password resets.
Perform system updates, security patches, and antivirus maintenance.
Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and basic server functions.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of support activities.
Assist with setup of meeting rooms, video conferencing, and IT equipment.
Support IT projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new technology rollouts.
Ensure adherence to IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices.
Provide timely, customer-focused assistance to end users.
