Key job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Product Manager to develop and refine the Product Backlog to align with Project Objectives.
• Write and review Acceptance Criteria to ensure business objectives are captured.
• Support the development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and solutions addressing critical business problems using Pega design principles.
• Write and review test cases to thoroughly capture output.
• Participate in Product Demos to evaluate business value and engineering quality.
• Participate in retrospectives to address key challenges across POD teams, to ensure timely delivery of iteration deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for Tier 2 support to triage technical issues.
• Debug, identify root causes, and assist in resolving technical issues for product support.
• Support Process Configurations through App/Dev Studio to meet business requests.

Key skills desired

• 6+ years of application development experience with a minimum of 4+ years as a Certified Systems Architect (SSA) in Pega.
• Should have hands on the latest Pega Features on v8.X and/or Infinity 23/24.
• Should have strong hands-on experience in using Data pages, Dataflows, Flows, Flow Actions, Views, Activities, Service level agreement, Connectors, Service rules. etc.
• Good knowledge of Pega App Studio OOTB Capabilities
• Participating in the development of end-to-end applications following Pega Infinity guidelines,
• Responsibilities include designing enterprise applications using Pega Infinity.
• Should have knowledge of Pega DX-APIs and Constellation UI.
• Having exposure in debugging & resolving performance issues in Pega (leveraging Admin Studio, Key Alerts & Exceptions, PDC/AES).
• Should have good hands-on experience in Case Management, User Interface, Authentication & Authorization concepts
• Knowledge of RDMS- MSSQL, PostgreSQL.

Good to have

• Nice to have knowledge on process AI, Decisioning and Process Mining.
• Nice to have hands on Pega GenAI capabilities like Blueprint.
• Pega Lead System Architect, or Senior System Architect Certification.
• Experience of integrations (SOAP, Kafka, REST, JMS Listener, Data Flow etc.) and its exception handling.
• Knowledge of Pega Test Automation kit and Pega Deployment Manager.
• Experience of working with AWS and dotNet technologies.
