Reports to Sales head / BIG Connect Head BASIC PURPOSE:
The Group Head is responsible for achieving the sales targets measured by successful collections and createa robust business pipeline for sustainable performance. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of Group Head will include, but are not limited to, the following SALES, STRATEGY AND PLANNING
1. Prepare and implement annual sales strategy for NBD& Retail segments 2. Guide the sales team by developing, implementing and monitoring progress of the quarterly sales targets 3. Monitor competition and develop strategies to maximize market share 4. Identify, develop and implement strategies to build the concept of integrated sales asa category with the advertisers and agencies 5. Recommend improvements in processes and executions basis market feedback & trends. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
1. Should bea full time MBA majored in Marketing witha min of 8-12 years of relevant experience 2. Experience of Sales / Marketing or Brand management would be an added advantage. 3. Preferable Industries ofMedia / Telecom / Insurance 4. Edge would be any CONCEPT SELLING Experience. Future Career opportunities
