Role & responsibilities

finding and hiring the right talent for a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company

  • Understanding Hiring Needs:

    Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the specific skills, experience, and cultural fit required for open positions within the BPO organization.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates:

    Utilizing various channels (online job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates who meet the required qualifications.
  • Screening and Evaluating Candidates:

    Reviewing resumes and applications, conducting initial phone screenings, and potentially administering assessments or aptitude tests to filter candidates and identify the most promising individuals.
  • Conducting Interviews:

    Facilitating interviews (phone, video, in-person) with hiring managers and other relevant stakeholders to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Managing the Candidate Experience:

    Ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates on their status, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
  • Negotiating Offers and Finalizing Employment:

    Collaborating with candidates and hiring managers to negotiate job offers, finalize employment terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Building and Maintaining a Talent Pipeline:

    Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates, even those who don't get hired, for future opportunities, and building a network of potential candidates for various roles.
  • Compliance and Legal Requirements:

    Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws throughout the recruitment process.
  • Tracking Metrics and Reporting:

    Monitoring key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to track recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
