Dear Candidate, Looking for experienced and immediate joiners for HR Recruiter for leading MNC at Hyderabad Location. Designation: HR Recruiter Experience: 0.6 - 4 yr (Experience in BPO Recruitment can apply) Max CTC: 5 LPA + Incentives + Benefits Mode of work: Work from office Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM No Transport facility Working days: 6 days work (Monday to Saturday) Work Location: Hyderabad ***Key skills: Experience in BPO Recruitment, ITES Recruitment, BPO Hiring*** NOTE: Interested Candidates can send your updated resume to below Email ID *** Email ID: trisa.k@cielhr.com*** Role & responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple channels such as job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking to identify and attract top talent for international voice process roles. Screening and Shortlisting: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates skills, experience, and fit for the role. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct virtual interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Offer Negotiation & Closing: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate terms of employment, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all candidate information and recruitment processes are accurately documented and compliant with company policies. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for international voice process roles. Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and methods (job boards, LinkedIn, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to screen, assess, and select candidates based on job requirements. Strong time management and organizational skills. Experience in managing multiple hiring processes simultaneously. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
