Urgent opening for Export Executive Post Shipment in Mumbai

• Manage all post-shipment documentation including shipping bills, bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, banks, and shipping lines for timely dispatch and documentation submission.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of export documents under LC or advance payment terms.
• Monitor shipment status and maintain communication with customers on post-dispatch updates.
• Handle documentation for ECGC and insurance claims, if applicable.
• Maintain and update export records, data entry in ERP systems, and track export incentives (e.g., RoDTEP, RoSCTL).
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and submit bank-related documents for realization of export proceeds.
• Coordinate with internal departments like production, logistics, and accounts to ensure smooth order
• fulfilment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

**MALE CANDIDATES PREFERRED**

• Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in post-shipment export documentation and coordination.
• Good knowledge of export logistics, documentation practices, and INCOTERMS.
• Familiarity with DGFT and shipping regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (Tally/SAP preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Open to travel whenever required to bank, warehouse, shipping site, etc,.
