Qualification

: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Security+, or similar. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.Experience: - 4+ years.

Key Responsibilities: -

Manage and maintain computer systems, laptops, and peripherals. Configure and monitor servers (Windows/Linux) including file, mail, and application servers. Setup and manage networking devices such as routers, switches, and access points. Administer and secure firewalls, VPNs, and network traffic. Ensure cybersecurity best practices including regular audits, threat detection, and incident response. Perform routine backups and disaster recovery testing. Monitor system performance, uptime, and health. Support software installations, updates, and troubleshooting. Maintain documentation for infrastructure and configurations. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.

Key Skills Required: -

Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS). Experience with firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, Sonic Wall, or similar). Familiarity with server administration (Windows Server, Linux/Ubuntu). Understanding of cybersecurity principles and tools (antivirus, SIEM, threat detection). Good troubleshooting skills and problem-solving attitude. Ability to manage IT inventory and documentation.
