Job Description

  •  Planning & supervising the assigned work force effectively.
  •          Responsible for various processes like Product Charging, processing, filtration packaging and other related activities.
  •          Manage and maintain section wise housekeeping
  •          Co-ordinate with other departments like Maintenance, Utility and Quality Control
  •          Implement Product/ Process trouble shooting as per guidelines of shift in charge.
  •          Accountable for production process as per SOP
  •          Adhere to safety procedures specified for the process
  •          Implementing quality standards & structures process/ internal control plans for manufacturing operations of equipment and machines
  •          Maintaining requisite documents to ensure complete in process quality and improvement in process capabilities
  •          Monitoring Productivity chart
  •          Daily hourly production reports
  •          Input the daily production data in the ERP system
  •          Achieve target for the shift given by the shift in charge
  •          Increase Productivity by maximum utilization of time machinery and manpower effectively.
  •          Monitor and ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of shop floor
  •          Check the personal hygiene of the worker daily
  •          Carry out training of the Worker regarding personal hygiene, food safety and routine work.
