Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets (volume & value)
Conduct market and feasibility studies for new projectsClose deals and manage customer negotiationsOversee post-sales activities and resolve customer issuesCoordinate with internal teams for collections, documentation, and society formationProvide insights on project pricing, design, and approvalsEnsure timely reporting and escalate key concerns when required
