Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including office coordination, petty cash management, and travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth operation of office facilities, housekeeping services, front desk and corporate administration processes.
Handle ticket booking and hotel reservations for company employees.
Maintain accurate records of administrative activities and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with policies.
-6 years of experience in administration work or related field.
Strong knowledge of administration management principles and practices.
Proficiency in activation software applications (e.g., Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels within the organization.
