(Urgent) Lead Software Engineer

Job Title: Sr. Developer / Lead Developer

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid – Tue, Wed, Thu in-office)

Job Type: 6+ months contract with possible extension

We are hiring a Senior / Lead Software Engineer to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with both front-end and back-end technologies, and be capable of delivering enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture with a sharp focus on performance and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
• Lead and collaborate on system architecture and end-to-end development.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with unit testing and automation.
• Mentor junior team members (for lead role).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

Required Skills

• Sr Developer: 5+ years experience
• Lead Developer: 8+ years experience
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Angular or React (latest versions preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git.
• Understanding of IAM, SAML, JWT, OAuth.
• Familiarity with multitenant architecture, SaaS, subscription and billing systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
