Role - Manager - Internal Audit

• Good knowledge on Organization Structures, Delegation of Authority (DOA) and line and staff functions
• Good at understanding the current AS-IS process, document the same in the form of a flowchart and process narrative
• Good knowledge on organizational control environments and frameworks such as Maker-Checker- Validator - Approval, Segregation of Duties Identify and capture line and staff function including reporting hierarchies
• Understand the linkages between processes in terms of Input - Process - Output methodology / relationships
• Good at capturing the control issues/ weaknesses at the process level by reading the internal audit reports at transactional level
• Discuss the process flows, flowcharts of processes captured with concerned process owners for inputs / alignment
• Able to identify the desired outcomes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to a process
• Follow up and update the processes including version controls in line with changes in business environment / scenarios / LOBs
• Assist Head - IA in finalization of process documents including related Annexures Assist Head - IA in designing and prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) aligned with the main process Assist Head - IA in preparation of Business Manuals

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Knowledge of Business processes at Stores operations, Accounting, HR & Admin, DC etc.
• Good Analytical and Excel skills
