Job Description

About the Role:

IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Manage laptop setup, configuration, and user access for employees.
Install, update, and troubleshoot business software and productivity tools.
Handle day-to-day
user queries related to software, system access, and performance
.
Understand internal software (ERP, CRM, HRMS, etc.) and assist users in navigating and resolving application-level issues.
Maintain a record of IT assets, licenses, and software usage.
Ensure all systems comply with IT policies, antivirus protection, and data security protocols.
Coordinate with external vendors or internal tech teams for issue resolution and upgrades.
Prepare documentation for IT processes, FAQs, and user support guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (BCA/B.Tech/MCA preferred).
34 years of experience in
IT support or software/system administration
.
Strong understanding of
software applications, user query handling, and troubleshooting
.
Proficient in Windows OS, Office 365, and commonly used business tools.
Excellent communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
Exposure to ERP/CRM or other internal business software will be an advantage.
