• Drive

  business development initiatives

  in the freight forwarding & logistics sector.

• Onboard new clients

  and maintain long-term relationships to expand the customer base.
• Achieve

  monthly turnover, revenue, and profit targets

  aligned with company goals.
• Identify and pursue

  new business opportunities

  in domestic and international markets.
• Develop and implement

  sales strategies

  to penetrate competitive markets.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
• Maintain a strong

  sales pipeline

  and track progress against KPIs.
• Represent the company at

  industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings

  .
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure

  smooth service delivery

  and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  Minimum 6+ years in

  Business Development / Sales

  in the

  Freight Forwarding & Logistics industry

  .
• Proven track record of

  client acquisition and revenue generation

  .
• Strong

  network of clients

  in the freight forwarding / export-import sector.
• Excellent

  negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

  .
• Ability to work independently with

  result-oriented mindset

  .

• Qualification:

  Graduate / Post Graduate (Any discipline; MBA preferred).

• Age:

  No bar for the right candidate.
