Job Description

Role & responsibilities Visit 350-400 outlets in the assigned area 2 times in a month Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers. Execute marketing and promotional activities to drive product visibility. Identify new market opportunities and increase the customer base. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strategize accordingly. Provide timely reports and feedback to the sales management team. Order booking on digital platform Implementation of POSM at retail outlets Capture stock availability on digital platform for the brands we represent Invoice upload on the digital platform Preferred candidate profile 1+ year of experience in retail management under distributor or direct company, Merchandising experience with agency FMCG/Pharma/Food products etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Should be able to read/write/speak English/Hindi/local language. Age Limit - 30 years.
