Job Description

Job Profile:

Must have Knowledge of CRS (Computerized Reservation System) Galileo and Amadeus.
Shall have Diploma in Travel Tourism / IATA Courses etc.
Handle Independently Domestic & International Air Tickets.
Attend query on Phone, in person and in Mails.
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that arise with bookings or travel plans in a timely and professional manner.
Handling flight changes and cancellation, Maintaining DSR.
In addition to Air Ticket shall render assistance in Visa, Issue travel Insurance and Basic Knowledge of Tours.
Candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal Skill.

Qualifications:

In-depth knowledge of travel industry standards and procedures, including IATA regulations.
Proven experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on airline ticketing for international and group travel.
