Role & responsibilities Keep records of clients and vendors visiting the organisation Assist clients/visitors with answering queries, and proffer solutions within your capacity Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including taking notes, sending emails, answering phone calls, taking down important messages, and assisting the team with administrative tasks Connecting incoming and outgoing calls local, national and international Drafting emails and letters as and when required Assist in planning and preparing of meetings and conferences Skills and Qualifications Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Should have a pleasant personality and should be soft-spoken Should have a bachelors degree in a related field Prior experience into front office Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Experience with administrative and clerical duties Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
