We are hiring for the role of "Business Development Manager" for the well known TVS SCS MNC Company, position based at Gurugram/ Delhi / Chennai Job Profile- Business Development Manager Location - Gurugram/ Delhi / Chennai Experience - 8 - 12 experience of handling Warehousing, Supply chain Management Qualification - Graduate / Master Degree (MBA) Role & Responsibilities - • Prospect for potential new leads; Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographies to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities• Meet potential leads; build relationships with new clients• Set up meetings between client decision makers and company & practice leaders/Principals Work with internal stakeholders to develop proposals that speak to the client & needs, concerns, and objectives.• Participate in pricing solution• Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion• Using appropriate means of communication with customer & documenting all relevant communication as needed• Revenue Management- Top line & Bottom Line. Monitoring & Driving the Billing & Collection process of the key account• Providing correct & timely status information to support functions in organization through proper MIS• Ensuring SOPS & SLAS are properly understood & implemented by the Operations team. Review SOP& SLAs to ensure operational excellence until handing over to operations• Review account performance with the customer. Appraise customers of the challenges faced & actions taken to improve the performance levels.• University master?s degree in Business, Logistics or related with 8-10 years? experience (Aftermarket)• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills• Effective presentation & facilitation skills• Structured work approach• Ability to engage and lead discussions at board level with senior management• Ability to work independently and within a team to deliver results• Ability to lead and influence without formal authority• Ability to adapt and perform under changing and uncertain conditions#Must be knowledge of Warehousing#Must be knowledge of Supply chain Management --Warm Regards ?Your Manpower Manager?
