Job Description

Role & responsibilities Responsible to manage all maintenance related issues for easier operation of company. Executing day to day maintenance activity for smooth running of all departments to assigned centers. To Submit monthly maintenance expenses report. Responsible for all critical assets as DG,UPS,HVAC for smooth functioning 24X7. To verify and check diesel requirement for smoothing and proper operation of DG Set in case of power failure for at least 24hrs. To verify electricity Bills of every month of given centers with no late and extra charges. Managing the successful deliberations of time-lines for upcoming projects from delivery to commissioning. Responsible for checking the as-built center according check list after project completion. Responsible of checking the all operation of all things like DG,UPS,RO,HVAC before inauguration from all aspects (coordination & taking update from all concerned vendors) Overall responsible for all maintenance activity/compliance of the assigned centers To monitor and manage the PM & Breakdown services for DG,UPS,RO,HVAC for assigned centers. Any miscellaneous work given by the senior management at HO pertaining to scope of work Responsible for designing and implementation of ETP/STP plant at assigned center according to govt. Norms. To perform scheduled maintenance and preventative repairs on all electrical systems, equipment, and machinery. To review maintenance schedules and adjust them as necessary to keep systems functioning at peak levels. Repair Electrical Systems To make on-the-spot repairs when electrical systems and machinery malfunction. Troubleshoot Malfunction & to make inspections and assess potential problems. To recommend changes or upgrades to electrical systems to increase productivity and functionality.
