Job Description

This role involves managing a team of accountants. The candidate must ensure timely,

accurate, and compliant delivery of bookkeeping, reporting, tax, and audit support

services.

Role & responsibilities

Ensuring that all the data entry will be done in timely and accurate manner
Review of Data entry done by the junior staff also responsible for Data entry in

absence of Junior staff and as instructed by the Manager/Management Consultant

whenever require

Data entry and accounting will be done in Zoho Book Software.
Ensure that, all the Existing Zoho modules such as Zoho Expenses will be updated

on timely manner.

Also responsible for any further Zoho Module as and when implemented by the

management.

Responsible for Monthly/Quarterly TDS Payments, working, TDS Return filings.
Responsible for providing Weekly/Monthly report to management in the agreed

format

Responsible to support for all the requirements of Auditor and Management

consultant

Responsible for coordination with Clients, Vendors and Banks for all the matters

related to Accounts and Finance

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Bookkeeping and Accounting and Accounting standards
Strong knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, GST
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
Should be proficient in any Accounting Software such as Tally etc.
Good working knowledge of MS Office. (Excel)
Working knowledge of Zoho will be preferred
