Upwork Sales Executive (Freelance)

Responsibilities:

• Identify relevant jobs/projects on Upwork in our niches (web, app, UI/UX, testing, etc.)
• Write tailored, persuasive proposals that stand out
• Initiate & maintain communication with leads and prospects
• Work closely with our technical team to finalize deliverables, estimates, and timelines
• Follow up regularly to ensure deal closure
• Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of proven experience with Upwork bidding & lead generation
• Excellent written English & strong communication skills
• Understanding of common IT services (Web dev, WordPress, .NET, PHP, JS, UI/UX)
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results
• Familiarity with Upwork analytics, connects, job filters, and proposal strategy

Compensation:

• Commission-based
