We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Upwork Sales Executive to help us grow our presence and win IT development projects through the Upwork platform. If you know how to craft proposals that convert , communicate value to clients, and close deals confidently — we want to work with you. Responsibilities: Identify relevant jobs/projects on Upwork in our niches (web, app, UI/UX, testing, etc.) Write tailored, persuasive proposals that stand out Initiate & maintain communication with leads and prospects Work closely with our technical team to finalize deliverables, estimates, and timelines Follow up regularly to ensure deal closure Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets Requirements: 1–3 years of proven experience with Upwork bidding & lead generation Excellent written English & strong communication skills Understanding of common IT services (Web dev, WordPress, .NET, PHP, JS, UI/UX) Ability to work independently and deliver consistent results Familiarity with Upwork analytics, connects, job filters, and proposal strategy Compensation: Commission-based : Earn a percentage of each successful project Bonus incentives based on performance Opportunity to move into a long-term role with fixed + variable pay Why work with consoleIO?
