Role Overview:

The Bidding Manager will handle the complete process of identifying relevant projects, writing winning proposals, and managing client communications until deal closure. You’ll play a key role in generating consistent project flow and helping the agency grow internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

● Daily bidding on Upwork and Freelancer.com for relevant categories (Development, Design, Marketing). ● Writing customized, client-focused proposals that convert.

● Understanding client requirements and coordinating with our internal team for pricing and delivery timelines.

● Following up with prospects and managing initial communication till closure.

● Maintaining a pipeline of leads and submitting weekly performance reports.

Requirements:

● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Upwork/Freelancer bidding or business development for digital agencies.

● Proven track record of project closures or high proposal conversion rates. ● Excellent written English & communication skills.

● Understanding of IT / Digital Marketing / Creative Services.

● Knowledge of Upwork algorithms, proposal strategies, and effective client engagement.

● Must be able to work independently and meet weekly targets.
