We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience on hashtag

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead generation and bidding on Upwork & other freelancing platforms.

🔹Creating strong proposals to win new projects.

🔹Building and maintaining client relationships.

🔹Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the delivery team.

🔹Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.

Requirements:

🔹Proven track record of winning projects on hashtag

Upwork.

🔹2–4 years of experience in IT Consulting / IT Services sales.

🔹Strong communication and negotiation skills.

🔹Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Skills

🔹Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

🔹Experience on Online Bidding Portals - hashtag

Upwork ( Must)

🔹Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
