Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. 

 

Responsibilities

1. Upselling & Revenue Generation

  • Upsell iKitchenPlus products to existing merchants over calls.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Conduct effective product demos and explain product value clearly.
  • Maintain strong closure rates across all upsell categories.

2. Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Work on daily lead lists assigned by the Team Lead.
  • Perform 40+ calls/day and minimum 2 demos/day.
  • Maintain updated lead stages and follow-up reminders in CRM.
  • Manage pipeline effectively and push hot leads to closure.

3. Pitching & Communication

  • Deliver strong product pitches tailored to merchant needs.
  • Handle objections confidently and maintain high call quality.
  • Build rapport with merchants to increase upsell acceptance.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities and escalate where required.

4. Product Knowledge

  • Gain in-depth understanding of iKitchenPlus products, add-ons, and features.
  • Stay updated on new modules, pricing, and internal processes.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Update CRM with call notes, demo details, and merchant feedback.
  • Share daily MIS: calls, demos, closures, and pipeline summary.
  • Maintain accuracy in all internal documentation.

6. Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Team Lead for daily goals and campaigns.
  • Support marketing or product teams with insights from merchants.
  • Participate in weekly training, refreshers, and performance reviews.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 1+ years' of sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
