Role Overview:

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Unreal Developer (C++/Blueprint – VR Simulations) to join our team. If you love building VR environments, solving physics-based challenges, and creating simulations that feel real, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

✅Design and implement gameplay systems, tools, and features using C++ and Blueprints.

✅Develop simulation logic and VR-specific interactions for training and real-world problem-solving.

✅Work on level integration – importing, optimizing, and connecting assets/environments into functional VR simulations.

✅Handle optimization across rendering, assets, and runtime performance.

✅Support building packaging and deployment for PC and VR platforms (Meta Quest, etc.).

✅Collaborate with Tech Artists/Designers for animation, lighting, and environment integration.

✅Conduct debugging, performance profiling, and testing to ensure system stability.

Skills Required:

✅Strong proficiency in C++ and Unreal Blueprints.

✅Experience with simulation systems (VR/physics-based environments).

✅Hands-on experience in level design and integration in Unreal Engine.

✅Understanding of optimization techniques (assets, rendering, runtime).

✅Knowledge of Unreal Engine deployment pipelines (PC & VR).

✅Familiarity with Meta SDK, XR frameworks, or VR hardware (e.g., Meta Quest).

✅Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance profiling skills.

Preferred Background:

✅Prior work on VR projects, training simulations, or XR applications.

✅Understanding of Aerodynamics/Flight simulation is a plus.
