Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of insurance advisors, monitoring their daily activities, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Key responsibilities include training and mentoring the team, devising strategies for business growth, conducting periodic reviews, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operations and effective service delivery.
