Job Description

Unit Manager - IT / Senior Unit Manager - IT
Job Purpose
Support and act as a key team member of the IT Process Owner team for ensuring end-to-end process setting, adherence, and monitoring in the given area across all verticals within IT to achieve regulatory, security, and governance adherence. Duties and Responsibilities

Support and act as a key team member of the IT Process Owner team for ensuring end-to-end process setting, adherence, and monitoring in the given area across all IT verticals. Perform this activity to ensure regulatory adherence, security, governance, and compliance control implementations.

Help the team to ensure policies and SOPs are in place and updated for the given process.

Ensure a common process is implemented across all verticals.

Implement changes wherever required in the processes to ensure regulatory adherence and uphold the principles of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability.

Monitor key KRIs across processes (via automated or manual methods) and ensure corrective actions wherever necessary.

Ensure that ready data is available for all audits, regulatory reporting, and filings.

Interact with statutory, internal, and regulatory auditors as needed for the given process.

Respond to, track, and ensure closure of the actions arising out of audits.

Demonstrate excellent hands-on experience in MS Excel and proficiency in data analytics.

Exhibit technical and functional understanding of lending applications and have a process-oriented mindset.

Work collaboratively with a dynamic and growing team with diversified experience.

Demonstrate agility to adapt to new changes and implement state-of-the-art review processes in line with various Fin-tech initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Experience Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech / MBA with 2-7 years of experience in IT governance, compliance, process, or a similar role (non-development role).

Willingness to work in a compliance function owning the IT processes end-to-end.

Work Experience:

Strong technical knowledge of relevant domains and the ability to stay up to date with the latest technologies.

Strong analytical skills.

Highly motivated, self-starter, agile, and quick learner.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.
