Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Bhopal. The Unit Manager will be responsible for driving sales and achieving the business targets for the unit. Day-to-day tasks include managing and developing a team of insurance advisors, planning and executing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Unit Manager will also be responsible for monitoring and supporting the performance of the insurance advisors, maintaining quality business, and ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and development
• Proven sales and marketing skills with experience in planning and executing sales strategies
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
• Good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the insurance sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
