As a Unit Manager at Eeki Farms, you will be responsible for leading and managing farm operations at the Namana and Lakheri locations in Rajasthan. Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating the activities of farm workers to ensure efficient and effective polyhouse structures and crop operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Proven track record in training and supervising farm workers. - Strong understanding of polyhouse structures and crop management. - Ability to plan daily tasks, create rosters, and prioritize activities. - Knowledge of nutrition schedules and spray programs to optimize crop yield and quality. - Confidence in managing people and addressing challenges on the go. **Qualifications Required:** - BSc/MSc in Agriculture. - Minimum of 1 year of on-ground experience, with a preference for polyhouse experience. - Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and effective communication skills.
