Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Unit Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Unit Manager will be responsible for hiring and developing an agency under him/her, driving sales, developing and ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing a team of insurance advisors.

Qualifications

Hiring and building a team, team management, leadership, and interpersonal skills
Sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of life insurance products and the financial industry
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor's degree in Business, marketing, or related field
Experience in sales is a plus
