Job Description

Job Title :Deputy Manager

Responsibilities :

Put the organizations talent and human resources strategy into action
Manage the recruitment and retention process
Ensure compliance with labor laws
Maintain employee records
Provide guidance to management on HR issues
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary issues
Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment
Ensure that all HR activities align with the hospital's goals and objectives
Responsible for staff recruitments, annual appraisal, monitoring staff timings, unauthorized absenteeism, issuing Show Cause notice, conducting enquiry, submission of all statutory returns like EPF, ESIC and Labour Department or any other etc
Provide clarity and connectivity for employees, so that their responsibilities fit the overall corporate strategy
Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations and investigations involving employees.

Educational Qualifications :

Graduate or post graduate in HR field

Relevant experience in HR functions specifically from hospital industry

Required Skills :

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized
Knowledge of HR software and tools
Communication Skills
Computer Skill
