Develop, update, and implement short-, medium-, and long-term underground mine plans including stope, development, and access designs.
Coordinate production and engineering activities such as ventilation, utilities, ground support, and backfill systems.
Prepare technical deliverables, drawings, reports, cost estimations, and schedules for engineering studies (scoping, pre-feasibility, feasibility).
Provide engineering solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and productivity.
Use underground mine planning and optimization tools (e.g., Deswik, Datamine, MineSight, Vulcan, CAD tools) for design, simulation, and scheduling. SRK Consulting
Ensure all designs and operations comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and environmental guidelines. Conduct risk assessments and support safety audits. Geoscience Job Board
