CSR Activists

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CSR strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Plan and coordinate community engagement initiatives, volunteer activities, and sustainability campaigns.
• Conduct research on social and environmental issues relevant to the company’s operations.
• Partner with NGOs, community groups, and government bodies to implement impact-driven projects.
• Monitor, measure, and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives.
• Create awareness through social media, newsletters, and events about CSR efforts.
• Advocate for ethical business practices and help integrate CSR into company culture.
• Track industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to social responsibility.
• Ensure compliance with relevant local and international CSR standards (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs).
• Prepare annual CSR reports and present findings to senior management or stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in CSR, sustainability, community development, or social advocacy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and community groups.
• Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles is a plus.
• Passion for social justice, environmental sustainability, and ethical governance.

Work Environment:

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
