Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls to

    UK small and medium enterprises (SMEs)

    .
  • Present, negotiate, and close

    electricity & gas contracts (switching, renewals, and new business).
  • Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly contract closing targets.
  • Handle objections and use strong negotiation skills to secure deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and closed contracts in CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with the UK back office for contract processing.
  • Work UK business hours (

    1 PM 10 PM IST

    ).

Preferred candidate profile

  • Must have minimum 1 year of UK SME energy sales closing experience

    (not residential / not just lead-gen).
  • Strong knowledge of UK SME energy contracts (switching, renewals, price comparisons).
  • Track record of

    closing contracts

    , not only setting appointments.
  • Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive voice.
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM and dialler systems preferred.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home.
  • Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
