Role & responsibilities Make outbound B2B calls to UK small and medium enterprises (SMEs) . Present, negotiate, and close electricity & gas contracts (switching, renewals, and new business). Consistently achieve and exceed weekly/monthly contract closing targets. Handle objections and use strong negotiation skills to secure deals. Maintain accurate records of calls, quotes, and closed contracts in CRM. Work collaboratively with the UK back office for contract processing. Work UK business hours ( 1 PM 10 PM IST ). Preferred candidate profile Must have minimum 1 year of UK SME energy sales closing experience (not residential / not just lead-gen). Strong knowledge of UK SME energy contracts (switching, renewals, price comparisons). Track record of closing contracts , not only setting appointments. Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive voice. Strong objection handling and negotiation skills. Familiarity with CRM and dialler systems preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently from home. Stable internet connection and professional home office setup
