UK Senior Bookkeeper

We are looking for a skilled UK Senior Bookkeeper with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have expertise in UK bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong background in managing financial transactions and preparing reports.

• Manage the accuracy and timely processing of quarterly VAT returns for UK clients.
• Create and maintain records of sales, purchases, and expenses, ensuring proper documentation and categorization.
• Prepare and file VAT reports for UK companies quarterly, communicating with clients to ensure timely submission.
• Record and maintain general ledger accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly accruals.
• Perform bank transaction reconciliations on a weekly and monthly basis, ensuring accurate financial records.
• Facilitate payroll coordination, month-end close works, and financial reporting, while managing account payable/receivable processing and meeting daily team quality requirements.
• Review day-to-day Accounts Payable & Receivable Transactions to ensure organizational finances are maintained effectively, up-to-date, and accurate.
• Reconcile accounts, create, document, and post complex journal entries, recording various intercompany transactions and cost allocations.

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in UK bookkeeping and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of UK tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Educational qualifications: B.Com, M.Com.
• Key skills: UK Account, UK Bookkeeping, UK VAT, FRS 102, FRS 102 1a, FRS 105, UK TAX.
