Location, Employment Type, and Shift Timings Location: Remote / India (with UK shift hours) Employment Type: Full-time Shift Timing: UK Business Hours Experience: 4+ years in UK IT Bench Sales & Recruitment Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected UK IT Bench Sales & Recruiting Expert who can effectively place available consultants in contract positions within the UK market and handle end-to-end recruitment for direct clients and implementation partners. The ideal candidate should be experienced in understanding the UK contract market, have a strong network with preferred vendors, and be capable of handling complete recruitment lifecycle responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Bench Sales Market available consultants (Holders of Skilled Worker Visa, PSW, etc.) to UK-based clients, vendors, and partners. Build and maintain relationships with UK vendors, prime vendors, and direct clients. Track daily submissions, interview schedules, and consultant feedback. Negotiate rates and close deals on bench consultants. Recruitment End-to-end recruitment for contract and permanent IT roles in the UK. Source candidates from job boards (CV-Library, Reed, TotalJobs, etc.), LinkedIn, internal database. Screen and qualify candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and close positions. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in UK IT Bench Sales and Recruiting. Strong understanding of UK work authorization types (Skilled Worker Visa, ILR, British Citizen, etc.) Good knowledge of IR35 compliance. Expertise in UK tax terms – PAYE, Umbrella, Ltd. Proficient in using UK job portals and tools like Bullhorn, JobAdder, etc. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Self-driven and target-oriented. Preferred Experience working with Tier 1 clients and large system integrators in the UK. Network of UK-based recruiters and vendor contacts.
