UK Healthcare Resourcer

Doublene Technology is looking to hire UK Healthcare Resourcer for Nursing Division with a minimum 1+ years of relevant experience including calling, emails, compliance, interviews and speaking with Nurses & HCAs.

Role Overview:

As a UK Healthcare Resourcer - Nursing Division, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging healthcare professionals for temporary and permanent placements. You will be responsible for identifying talent across multiple platforms, pre-screening candidates, and ensuring they meet compliance and suitability standards before being put forward for opportunities; this includes, calling, compliance, interviews and speaking with Nurses & HCAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using job boards such as CV Library, Reed, Indeed, Totaljobs, and LinkedIn.

Conduct CV searches, shortlisting, and proactive candidate outreach.

Pre-screen candidates via telephone/video to assess skills, experience, and availability.

Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

Maintain accurate records of candidate activity on the CRM/ATS system.

Support the recruitment consultants with arranging interviews, sending confirmations, and obtaining documentation.

Ensure candidates meet compliance requirements (ID checks, Right-to-Work, DBS, training, references, etc.).

Provide excellent candidate experience through clear communication and feedback.

Key Skills & Attributes:

Experience in candidate sourcing and resourcing, ideally within healthcare recruitment

Strong knowledge of major job boards and search techniques (Boolean searches, CV databases, LinkedIn).

Excellent communication and interviewing skills (telephone and video).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.

Proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
