Role Description: UI/UX Design Intern

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Intern to join our growing product team. You will assist in designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces for our software applications that contribute to transforming healthcare experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys blending creativity with usability, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience designing for real-world health-tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing user interfaces for software applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to identify user needs and design opportunities.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma or similar tools.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
• Work with product managers to translate business goals into design solutions.
• Maintain brand consistency across design elements and improve the visual experience.
• Incorporate user feedback and analytics to enhance product usability.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Basic knowledge of responsive and adaptive design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Nice to Have (Optional)

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with user research methods and accessibility standards.
• Previous internship or project experience in UI/UX design.
